Re: electracal problems

Check all of your fuses. And all of your grounds. If your getting power at the fire and power at the wire check the power and ground from the wire. If everything checks out its definitely the switch. Itself but if everything just about went out it's the switch on the car that you use for the windows.

Re: electracal problems

If any of the bulbs are missing it will cause it to not blink or blink slowly. This is because the signal blinker works off of current heating a bimetallic strip, so no bulb = no current = no blinking (I could be a bit off on the explanation, but I'm sure someone will correct me if I am). Bad grounds will also cause it to not blink. On my car there is a ground for the signals on each side of the car on the front near where the headlights mount. I'm not sure where it would be on a Camaro. Be sure that the grounds are nice and clean, if there's a lot of paint or rust under them they will not work well.

Need Those Horns To Wake Up The Cell Phone Morons

The windows have a circuit breaker instead of fuses.

Check the breaker for 12 volts in and out.

The breaker is located in the fuse block to the left of the steering column.

If the breaker is OK use a test light
(the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester)

or voltmeter to see if you have power at the
pink wire going to the switches.

Is there power there?

HORN:

Connect a voltmeter to pin J of the horn relay, (you can remove the relay and probe the socket which might make it easier) what is the reading on the voltmeter?

Now press the horn button on the steering wheel, now what is the reading on the voltmeter?

To access the Horn Relay remove the knee bolster.

The relay is to the right of the steering column.

Yes.

There is no fuse for the windows.

If you have power both sides of the Circuit Breaker, trace the
12 AWG pink wire to find where the power dropout is.

If you have power seats there are 1 or 2 connectors in the circuit that the
12 AWG pink wire travels thru.

If there is no power both sides check for power on the orange wire at the headlight switch.

Then check for power on the
dark green wire at the headlight switch.

Is there power on both wires?
