Re: injectors aren't firing
Sounds like the low impedance/shorted injectors are shutting down the injector driver.
If you had someone diagnose it why isn't it fixed ?

Re: injectors aren't firing
You might want to try the tests on the other thread. Unplug both injectors and use a tbi noid light to check for injector pulse. Then read the post bye Rbob.
If this is a 89-92 tbi it's a 1228746 ECM read the post I put on messing the voltage on the vats wire. If this is a 88 it's a odd ball ECM. You can upgrade plug and play to the 746 ECM and use a caprice tune for a 350. eBay has standard motor products 350 injectors tj7j for under $100 a set.

Re: injectors aren't firing
Iirc tbi injectors are 2.5 ohms . Regardless unless you have a custom tune and the 65#hr injectors you engine will run lean. Read the testing procedures on the other thread. I would still eliminate the ECM is getting a drp , vats signal is getting to the ECM, both injectors unplugged and a noid light is used to test injector pulse.
Even test that the ECM is powered up, if the mil comes on with the key in the on position it is powered up.

The noid light is going to tell you if you have injector pulse without the injectors plug in.
