Horn not working
It was working before I changed the speedometer cable and changed the cluster.
Could I have pulled out a connection?
Where can I find the horn relay so I can trace the line back? There is no click from a relay, so the grounding signal is not getting there.

Hi Humphrey ,
On my 89 , I found the horn relay in the convenience center which is under the driver's side dashboard to the right of the steering column . There will be a blinker unit for the 4way lights and the sounder unit for the seat belt warning on the same electrical sub panel also .
If you can't find it , a search for "convenience center location" here may turn up pictures of exactly where it is .
