I have changed pulse board and wiper motor they will work when hooked up straight to power but will not turn on with the switch. What could cause them not to get power.

Make sure you have power on both sides of the WIPER fuse, located up and to the left of the brake pedal, behind a small door.
If there is, unplug wiper unit, put the key in the ACCY position, and the wiper switch in the HI position, use a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) to probe the pink, dark green, gray, and purple wires.
Which wires do you have power on?
