where should I hookup this USB charging outlet?

Engine: 5.0 HO 4BBl
Transmission: one that kind of works
Axle/Gears: some that turn the wheels
where should I hookup this USB charging outlet?
recently bought one of these:

Could I cut the wires to the cigarette lighter and use those? They orange and brown from what I recall.

If the 84 is like the 85-92 Firebirds, just plug the cig lighter wires into the port. They both have spade terminals.
