Vats hotwiring?

Does anyone know how to hotwire the vats Module where the connector is at? Like give the pcm the fuel signal all the time not to wait like minutes! I was wondering who gots the knowledge of it? My Vats Module is also bad and im not about to spend $400 for a brand new AC Delco one!
