89 Firebird C207

Im trying to identify 3 of these pins are labeled the same on my c207 pin out diagram. Are they 12 volt ignition sources to power emissions sensors? I cant seem to find a diagram to reference what these exactly are besides the generic description on the c207 diagram.
Pin A - Emissions Controls
Pin J - Emissions Controls
Pin R - Emissions Controls

Any help would be appreciated.
