Iights, horn , ac , fan , not working help!
I've been fixing up my 1984 trans am i just put a new distributor In it , went to fire it up to see how it ran and discovered the interior light quit working the headlights, the horn, the AC blower and the fan all quit working. Anyone have any idea what could cause this? It all worked before I changed the distributor.

Think Link
You wrecked a Fusible Link during your pit stop.
Fusible Links usually look like a one inch plastic rod in line with the wire and are located near the battery or at the starter.
Use a voltmeter to determine which one is bad.

The best type of meter for this type of automotive work is a low cost analogue one. They respond faster than expensive ones, and don’t pickup stray voltages as digital ones do which cause incorrect readings.

Funny Car Fun Fact:Funnys can twist the crank so far that sometimes cam lobes are ground offset from front to rear to re-phase the valve timing somewhere closer to synchronization with the pistons.
