I'm curious what this wire is for. The body harness is an 87 Camaro VIN E. The wire is located on the ECM harness and has an eyelit on the end. I suspected it was for ground but I am curious if I was right. I'm not sure it is because according to my 87 electrical manual there are no dark blue wires for ground.
A little background on why I'm unsure. I retrofitted all the 87 wiring into a 91.so just trying to make sure everything is where it needs to be.
