90 92 infl rest sensor position
Hello.
In my 91 z28 the pre owner removed the airbag front sensor and cutted the wires.
Now I got a used sensor and the whole headlight harness.
But I don't know where to put the sensor. I can't see any wholes where to bolt it.
Does someone have a picture or can make one of the location?

Re: 90 92 infl rest sensor position
Ok I have searched everything in the internet and now I know where it should be.
Seems like someone in the past changed the radiator support because the upper support on mine doesnt have the bracket where the sensor is screwed.
Now everything makes sense why they cutted the sensor changed the steering wheel and pulled out the infl rest bulb in the gauge.
There had to be an accident in the past..

The service manual goes to great detail on how to mount this sensor. they seemed pretty sensitive about it. there are 2 small screws up front, and two 10mm bolts in back that secure the bracket. not quite sure why the back wasn't welded rather than bolted. The front part of the bracket is welded.
