82 Camaro blinker stick

The windshield wiper function works, however, neither the cruise control or washer fluid work. Is it possible that the stick still needs to be replaced or am I overlooking another possibility?

Bad washer pump, out of washer fluid, bad fuse...

I have fluid and checked fuses. I have had this car since 84. It has not worked in YEARS. I am now going through and getting all of the "little things" fixed.

I was thinking about the stick since the cruise and washer portion are not working. Maybe that's a coincidence?
