My turn single nightmare. Any help would be great.

Hey guys I going to keep it kinda short. But here's what I am working with. When I turned my light switch on some of My gages would drop to 0 and my left turn signal on the cluster would light up. When I turn the left blinker on with the head lights on the gages would jump up and down. So frist thing I did check all the lights and fuses. Then changed the head light switch. Still did the same thing. Got pissed and put the car away for winter. Got it out for summer and said f**k it and put an led cluster in thinking there might be a short in that. Well I was wrong again. Gave it a few weeks then changed out the turn signal stalk. Still not working. Then just made it worse by putting led taillights in. So right now when I turn the turn on left or right it doesn't matter it just stay solid. But whe. I put the hazards on they flash. The 2 flasher relays are for the led setup. All the bulbs work. Also when the car is off with the key out the left flasher stays on solid. Any help thanks .
