I am pretty new to all this, and I would like to relocate my battery to the trunk. I know I need a battery box and a kill switch, but I am unsure of the wiring. I was wondering if I need to put up a terminal to the front of the car to run accessories off of or what. I would like to think I am pretty handy with a wrench, but I am a hack when it comes to electronics. I have attached 3 pictures and would also like some help identifying the harness that was cut. The harness in question is the on the driver side and is just a mess of wires. I just need to know what is safe to cut out and what isnt. I am going to be running the Holley terminator x and would prefer to just have a working headlights, flashers, taillights and power windows. I don't care abut anything else. Any help would be greatly appreciated because right now I feel completely over my head.

It's possible that no one here has answered because of your two statements I've quoted above . What you need to do wiring wise there is a job for an automotive electrical expert and is not something a novice at wiring should attempt . Talking someone unfamiliar with automotive electrical work through replacing a radio or turn signal switch is one thing , pretty much rewiring the underhood harness is another . With that said I can provide you with a couple of 1992 Camaro/Firebird wiring diagrams (they are the same if you disregard the Firebird headlight door motor wiring that your Camaro doesn't have) .
You needed 1/2 the wires that are cut on the LH side. I suggest you get another harness from your year car (can even be a TBI harness), read the LS swap guide on this site and go from there before you try to parse down the harness.
OrangeBird and scooter have both given you good advice. I did what you are looking to do on my build, rear mount battery, custom harness, and integration of multiple aftermarket systems. The first thing you will need is a factory service manual for your specific model year which has every system in the car broken down in individual diagrams, including power and ground distribution. I re-engineered most of my car as far as the wiring goes, but I didn’t reinvent it. I completely re-pinned the C100 at the firewall and added a relay/fuse block for front lights and fans (where your cut harness is now). My power distribution and charging circuits are isolated along with the ground distribution and starting circuits. This is a big project, with a lot of information to learn. It took me 2 years to do mine (I don’t work on this full time). Take it one step at a time and keep asking questions, this site has a lot of great people with a lot of knowledge who are willing to help. Good luck.
Ohhhhhhhh, it makes me cringe to see that harness bundle cut. That bundle is the heartbeat of the car. Literally the entire car runs off that. Fuse box, ignition switch, starter, gages, fuel pump, lighting, fans, wipers, HVAC.... literally everything. You've got to hunt down another harness and put it back in the car.

I should start selling just the body side harness for swaps for people, lol
Go to a salvage yard and get your self a headlight harness. Start removing it at the lights and work your way to the firewall. Take whatever comes with it if it includes things like horn and the tan wire for the distribution block. That alone will cut your job in half. That large bundle of cut wires leads to 2 plugs at the firewall, one larger than the other. The smaller of the plugs is the lights I think.
Thank you guys for the help. I will be looking for a harness in the upcoming days. I was already planning on running a relay and switch independent for my fans. But as far I can see the headlights are still intact, ill try and post a better picture tomorrow, so does that mean I just need to give power to the fuse block and my other accessories will work? Headlights and taillights and such?
