92 Firebird 350 swap wire harness Help
I am just getting back to finishing up my bird, however I'm lost with what wires to keep and which ones to toss. Does anyone have a good wiring diagram to follow ? I've tried the autozone site and I'm having a hard time figuring it out .

Re: 92 Firebird 350 swap wire harness Help
Pretty much starting from scratch this is a car that I swapped the original motor for a sbc 350. I'm having trouble figuring out what wires are not necessary, trying to incorporate wiring for the motor itself and then rewiring some of the oem items such as radio, windows, lock, and so on. This is my first build so I thought I would reach out to more experienced lol

Your fuel pump if in tank the pressure is to much for a carb.
buying a service manual would really help you out. eBay has good deals.

or you can use the above
power to the cab is provided by the fusible links at the starter.
the passengers side harness can be removed through the pass through connectors under the rh side kick panel.
You would still need to have power and tach to the distributor
green wire to cylinder head temp sender.
alternator wiring. The fan can remain if you use a temp sender in the passenger side head.
