Pop up lights don't work

Engine: 350 (5.7 TPI)
Transmission: auto 700R4
Axle/Gears: BW 9-bolt L.S.
Pop up lights don't work
All of the sudden, bulbs come on, motors on both sides running, but doors keep shut.
I can manually open the right side ( but it falls down right away) left side is stuck in closed position, can't move that door manually.
Rotating the black tops doesn't do anything, both sides..
Are the insides of the motors toast?
But both together at the same time..?
