Ground Wire Confusion on B3

Looking for a little help or advice. I have looked into doing the big 3 for my 91 camaro and after watching dozens of videos and looking through forums I am condused on one of the wire locations. All the articals and videos agree that 1 wire goes from battery positive to alternator and 1 wire goes from battery negative to chasis. The part that I am confused on is the 3rd wire. Some say put another wire from the battery negative to the altenator support (ground). Others say engine to chasis. Which one is it? of it both and am totally mixed up.

You should ground the engine to the chassis, which the alternator bracket should be the same thing. The battery should be grounded to the chassis.

I currently have 2 gauge going from neg to chasis and pos to alt. So I should run one from altnator bracket to chasis?

Cylinder head to chassis is more common.
