My Headlights flip up when I use my wipers on high speed or my washers

My Headlights flip up when I use my wipers on high speed or my washers! I was trying to change my wiper switch lever and after doing that, this started happening. I then pulled a separate OEM switch from another column (the switch the lever attaches to, not the lever) and a new lever, unplugged my previous one and plugged in the new parts under the dash to test them. The wipers work now, but the same thing is happening. Before, after changing my lever the wipers wouldn't work or the washers, but now the wipers work AND they'll activate my headlights which flip up, but they're super dim, and the high beam indicator is on on the dash and the turn signal.... What would cause this? I checked all the fuses. My P/S headlamp isn't illuminating either.

Most of the time when something lights up or activates when it's not supposed to, it's caused by a bad ground. The electrons have to come home to ground, and will take the easiest path, including through some other circuit if there's no ground wire. First, check the grounds for the wiper circuit, then the other circuits that share the same ground. A wiring diagram would help. Black wires are usually grounds on GM vehicles.
