Car clicks and looses all power right before I go to start the car (ignition )

So I have a 1997 Civic EX which I've been using to commute, And recently it went from needing me to turn the key two times to start the car after the first start, then turning it again starts it. But now sometimes instead of doing anything at all it just seems to click and I lose all power. When I go to the battery and I mess with the ground or positive by just moving them around I regain power, And it usually starts after that but then does it again after a while of not driving it.
  • Here are things I have been told to do: Check the audio system on it (the positive for that isn't connected) and see where the ground is
  • test the ignition switch
  • Check ground cable ground areas, [I did this and it seemed to help for about a week and it went back to doing it recently]
Any idea what it could be or what else I can do? Thank you in advance

Why the F*ck do you think a site dedicated to 1982 to 1992 Camaros and Firebirds is the right place to join and ask questions about a 1997 Honda Civic?

He was probably looking for a 3rd-Gen Honda Civic Forum... ?
(He might even have a Honda F-Series Engine... ?)

I guess he found "ThirdGen.Org" in Google Search results and did not pay attention to the Firebird and Camaro Images on the main "Webpage".

Our Website main "Webpage" does not specify that it is a Camaro/ Firebird Forum.

FWIW, it's most likely the Main Relay that's giving you problems. Classic issues with Honda and Acura.
