Driver side kick panel wires?

Need help identifying this wiring connecting into these relays. I have electrical problems.

It's the door lock relay. Also the mounting screw must ground the case to the body or it will no function.

Your video is indicative of a lost ground to your dashboard, the gauges that bounce in time with the turn signals are a classic symptom of a bad gauge panel ground.......

Thank you Ive replace the turn signal switch, light switch and instrument cluster panel and still have that problem. Need to find a cut Ground wire?

Yes, one of the wires that brings the ground to your gauges has lost it's connection. Since you've replaced the instrument cluster and the problem persists that's very strong evidence for the lost ground being in either the dashboard connector (not likely, but it does happen) or the wiring. I'd be looking really close at all of the black wires in and around the dash area for any that have been cut, sometimes when people put aftermarket radios in all kinds of wiring bukkake takes place, so anywhere where the wiring has been disturbed would be a great place to begin the search for the missing ground....
