Help with panel removal

Hey guys, I’m new here. Attempted to use the search and was unable to find an answer. My question is how do I remove the panel right below the “map” pocket. I have already removed the 3-7mm screws but something up top is hanging me up. Looks like plastic tabs that potentially need pushed then pulled down? Any help is much appreciated

Re: Help with panel removal

There should be one small screw near the wiring bundle (back right side of the panel) that goes into a slot on the panel. It isn't a hole, so the panel can be removed but that screw makes it easier. Other than that, push in on the panel and wiggle it around a bit. It has tabs that hold it up top behind the map pocket but they do pop off. Just be gentle since it's a brittle piece.
