1986 TPI wiring identification (cut wires)

I’m new here and not quite sure how to format my questions. I’ve got a couple issues with my 86 iroc TPI harness. I’ve used the search function but can quite find what I’m looking for. I know it’s a lot but I’ve attached some pictures with the issue I’m trying to address. Thanks. Sorry if it’s confusing or not asked correctly.

D3 D6 D1 do these go together and ground on the passenger head?

I traced this one back to the c221 -C pin.

D5- bypass. Where does it go?

D6 was spliced to this. Was this to ground the ecu?

Need help identifying this connector

Need help identifying this on the back side of the harness.

The mere fact that they are labeled that way, gonna assume wires coming/going to the ECM. FSM will have the right wiring schematic you're looking for but this may help you out...
