Your father is a brilliant man, helpful, and ever so kind with words. Such a rare combination of virtues. Thank you for the update. I pray for peace as he goes through his struggles.

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm sorry also that you and the rest of your family has to endure his worsening condition; that's hard on everyone.
As someone who had worked for GM in technical capacities, he had knowledge that simply can't be replaced. His contributions will be missed. Give him my regards at a time when he will appreciate it.

I missed the original post, but judging from the replies, it must be bad news. I too have much appreciated his invaluable contributions of knowledge on this forum...

Based on prior posts from OP, I suspect this one didn't have good news. Prayers for you, OP; you have been a very valuable contributor to this community.

I don't know what the original post said but I remember in the past your father mentioned he was having some health problems. I hope things will take a turn for the better for your father. Tell him all of us here are all pulling for him to get better.

Re: Thank You for being a great Community
He has been back online posting replies here since this thread was started. I don't know what this thread was about to begin with because it was edited about 30 minutes before I got to it. I hope he is doing better and I'm glad to see him active again. I'm still tore up about @RBob and can't wrap my head around it yet.
