Try replacing the dual filament hi/low beam (outer) bulb on the driver's side (if you have a Camaro). If you have a Firebird, or T/A I believe that there's only one head light per side - replace it.

Whoops!!! I forgot to say that mine is a camaro, I thought It has only one filament per bulb so when I switch on to high bean all the 4 head lamps are working so it says the filament is fine with the drivers side low-beam headlight!! So is there anyother thing like a circuit or cleaning the headlight switch or something?? Help Appreciated!!

There are two filaments in the outer hi/low beam bulbs. One appears to be open circuit. Change out that bulb & it should work, again.
