Electrical Problem

My car is throwing codes 43 and 32, both which have to do with the ecm i think, whats going on, i get bad mpg, no power, really jerky???

Code 32 - Replace EGR valve

Code 43 - Electronic Spark Control "check for a loose connection at the at the ESC sensor/module. Replace the ESC sensor or module.
