Can't find my fuse for fuel pump

I can't find my fuel pump/oil pressure switch sender fuse?
It's a in-line fuse (20A) that runs off a orange wire.
It's on a 1991 RS Camaro 3.1 V6.

As far as I'm aware, all thirdgens with electronic fuel pumps in the gas tank have that fuse by the battery.

Some are by the fuse-block.

The fuel pump fuse for my wife's 89 Formula (World's Fastest School Board Member) is located one half inch in front of the fuse block, and was covered by black tape. It took me 3 days to find it!!!
