4" Mufflex Cat back

4" Mufflex Cat back with a 3 bolt 3" flange for cat connection, Spintech muffler. This exhaust is about 4 years old. You can hear some loose metal in the muffler
most likely piston bits that worked their way back there. 2 pieces, intermediate pipe and over the axle/muffler/tail (welded). $250 obo. I don't have time to chop up the big piece right now for shipping so local pickups only for now. I'm in northern NJ.

If no one local speaks up by the end of the weekend I'll ship it. I'll give Terry first crack at it since he responded first.

thanks

No one local has spoken up yet.

Luke, sorry I don't have a mufflex Y-pipe for LTs. Unless they've changed their design recently I wouldn't go with one of those. I've heard it's nowhere near a bolt in piece. You're probably better off taking your bits and pieces to a fabricator.

Yes it's still for sale, giving preference to local buyer. You want it?

Whoever buys this setup, if you are going to run the longtube Y-pipe, I'm needing the piece from the factory cat to about a foot in front of the rear axle.

I got screwed on a deal, supposed to be a 4" catback, ended up with the longtube setup minus the longtube Y-pipe.

So if someone has that piece forsale I'm looking for one. I called mufflex and they wouldn't sell me those couple of pieces, they said I had to buy the whole catback.

Anyway bump for a good deal

Question, is that heat wrap or a patch for a rust hole on the over axle pipe?
I'm in Woodbrige, right next to Rahway. Where are you located?

LOL, that's heat wrap. BTW, I could only upload 3 pics so the last one didn't make it, there is some scrapping on the bottom of the I-pipe. Nothing serious, you could always weld a plate to it if necessary.

pardon the slow replies, I'm at the national F-Body Event - Indy 06 - May 18-20, 2006 Indianapolis Race Park at Indy right now so my computer access is limited.
