You wouldn't happen to have the part of the motor mount that attatches to the block would you? I need that and the rubber part for my swap.

Nice to see a local guy with an LS1 swap!! Any chance you could come over and give me a few pointers??

I'd love some pointers and maybe some encouragement. This thing just seems to be dragging on forever . Maybe having someone whose done this before around will get this thing finished. It seems every time I try to get going by myself, nothing happens.

they are 241 castings/ centerbolt valve cover style. they are in very good shape they came off a low mileage car 20,000 or less.i would probably sell them for $150 shipped.

you can just tie the tach into the ls1 tach output the computer needs to be flashed differently otherwise it reads half speed. i have a mechanical speedo tailhousing on my trans. i think there is a company called cable x that makes an ouput box to convert vss to a cable.

yeah, got that out finally, it came down to getting the right jaw from autozone, once that was in place it came out pretty easy. Motor and trans are in, looks pretty nice, I'll be trying to do the wiring on Sat.
