I have the backing plates + calipers and lines to get you started on swapping your drum rear to rotors!

As far as I know, the old calipers don't work. But, I will include them so you can have them for the core charge.

Bought these here on the org a while back, and I ended up getting a parts car with a disc rear, so I have no need for it.

Will get pictures if anyone shows interest.

Not entirely sure which calipers they are for. The member I bought them from didn't mention. I would guess they would work for both though?

The calipers are down in storage, I believe they are aluminum. I can go check tonight after work.
