i have a 3 series posi carrier. i also have the stock axles from this rear end and the disc brake backing plates, ill have some pics shortly. make reasonable offers, i would also consider any/all of these parts for trade and some cash for a HSR or mini ram.

 

What gear Ratio is the Carrier and How much do you want for it?

 

its a 3.70, but the pinion has a chip in it so its going to be trashed

 

How about the backing plates? PBR brakes or the old iron caliper type?

 

When it was chipped, did it make anynoises? Is the Carrier itself fine?

 

wasnt making any noises that we heard, just your typical loud third gen exhaust. its a rear i took off my buddys car as he switched to a 4th gen rear, although this is not the original rear for his car so not sure what its originally off of. it was missing the ratio tag and i always wanted to tear into one of these 9 bolts and sure enough i found the chip.
