I have a great 305 in a '90 formula that I'm parting out. It's a jasper crate, with only 20k miles. Runs super strong. I planned on putting the motor in my '88 Formula, but it's looking more and more like I need to sell and move on. It's been sitting for a little over a year, untouched, still in car.

Also available is the 700r4 attached to it. Shifted perfectly before the car was parted out. Further down the drive-line is a 3.42 non-posi drum rear.

Make offer if interested, but you'd have to organize shipping and possible removal from car. You can have the whole car if you'd like. Only value is motor/tranny/rear though. Everything else is sold or useless.
