I have a new comp cams roller cam it has 210 intake duration and 220 exhaust duration at .050 and .500 intake lift and .510 exhaust lift. it has a 114 lobe separation. here is a pic of the cam card. yes that kit would be fine for this cam as long as you are using 1.5 rockers if you are using 1.6 you would be getting kind of close to the maximum lift of those springs. but since you have stock parts I am assuming you have stock rockers.
