Whats the advantage of a stewart over a stock pump?
Do you know what mods they do to their pumps?
They're website is kinda vague as to what they do..

I'm interested in it..

I really couldn't give you anymore info than what Stewart says on their website.

The only thing I can say is that it only weighs about 5 lbs so it should be around 8-10 lbs lighter than a stock pump so that's kinda nice.

Advantage is a 30% increase in coolant flow, as matched with their thermostat. I have their 3 holed 180* stat to match my stewart pump. You'll love it as I love mine.

Quote:
Stewart Stage 2, 3, and 4 water pumps simply will NOT operate with a regular thermostat because these pumps have no internal bypasses.
