383 Stroker SBC

Small Block Chevy 383ci Stroker:
Eagle cast steel crank (3.75" stroke)
Scat forged connecting rods
Sealed Power flat-top hypereutectic pistons (0.030" over and 10.4:1 CR)
Lunati Voodoo Hydraulic Flat-Tappet Cam (PN 60103) with an RPM range of 1,800-6,200, advertised duration of 268/276, duration @ 0.050" of 227/233, and a gross valve lift of 0.489/0.504
Edelbrock Victor Jr. Cylinder Heads with 215cc intake runners and 64cc combustion chambers
Comp Cams Magnum pushrods
Aluminum 1.5 ratio rocker arms
Weiand single-plane aluminum intake manifold, NOT INSTALLED
ARP fasteners throughout
Moroso 6qt oil pan for 3rd-Gen F-Body (may fit other applications)
March Performance Revolver Serpentine Kit with 105 amp alternator and power-steering pump
High-torque Mini-Starter, NOT INSTALLED
The engine has not been on the dyno, but best guess is the engine was pushing at least 450hp with a restrictive TPI setup. Two 700R4 transmissions, one of them built to handle the power, were junked by this engine.
I'm asking $4,000 or best offer. If interested, reply to this ad with your phone number, and I'll call you ASAP. NO LOWBALLING.

nice price but i think the hp is way off there is no way with a stock tpi that you would make that much hp maybe torque

Re: 383 Stroker SBC

Thank you, I know it's a nice price.
First, who said that TPI setup was "stock"?
Second, why does it matter if I'm selling it with a Weiand, High-Rise, Single-Plane square-bore intake manifold?
