Car: 92 firebird
Engine: L05
Axle/Gears: limited slip
sbc chevy aluminum vortec heads
I got these heads from ebay and the seller failed to mention that they are vortec heads. I need non vortec style heads. I paid a total of $830 will sell for $700 plus shipping my loss is your gain. They have 210 intake runner, straight plugs and 74cc chambers max .600 lift 5/16 guid plates and 3/8 studs. Fits 87 and later.

They look like a dual bolt pattern. Why would these not work for you. look like after market heads?

what brand?
Because even though they have both bolt patterns ,you need a special raised runner non Vortec intake
to match up to the taller Vortec ports
Note gap at top with reg intake on similar aftermarket dual pattern Vortec heads
to match up to the taller Vortec ports

take ur manifold to a welding shop and have them build up the top of the runners, then u can port out the ruunners to match
will cost u less then taking a loss on the heads and buying new ones

Yeah listen to those guys, I would really like those heads, but I have seen air gap edelbrock intakes in Evansville for $100 which I think is one of the best street intakes.

Engine: was 406, now 305 tpi
Transmission: 85 had700r4,350..91 had t5
Axle/Gears: 323,373,342

I have a bowtie intake that was already welded up for larger ports it is a single plane and would be a good fit for 210cc intake runners.
