I have a good used 1227165 ecm $65 shipped in the states no memcal. It worked great when pulled.

for a 3.1 90 - 92 F CAR LH0 V6 you should be using a 1227730

I can see right now, I should have joined this forum long ago, I paid more than what you are asking for mine from a seller on ebay. I haven't fired my car yet so I just hope it is a good ecm. Good luck with the sale.
