I'm interested, but can you point me in the direction to read about what all this all means about the ecu and chips/memcal? I looked into my 89 since I converted it to carb and now I want to go back.

I would pm Tuned Performance.. He get you in the right direction with questions you might have. So you don't understand the stuff I'm mentioning about the harness?

Re: Converted Speed Density 7730 Ecu F/S
I assume you converted to a MAP to get rid of the MAF for boosted reasons?
Also assume the injector harness is burried making it a pita to pull an engine so you separated it from the main harness?
I have never messed with gm stuff, but I have been chipping and tuning OBD1 honda ecu's for a few years. Have a moates ostrich, demon, burn1, and a pile of SST chips. Just starting to look into what I may need to get this camaro back from a Carb.
I also pm'd Tuned Performance, maybe he can leave me some bread crumbs.

I converted for tuning reasons.. The injector harness built into the main harness is for super ram removal an TPI. Tuned Performance here will tell you what you need tuning wise if you want to tune yourself but he tunes. You just need questions answered about converting back, he probably has those answers an understands exactly what I have..
