Yea, I understand that. Money order isn't a very good way to do business on the www either. But he has been here for a long time so that's a plus. LOL

Just a pic so we can see what we're buying. Posting a bigger pic isn't that hard. Maybe some references where you've sold other items or something. Payment through paypal where there's at least a little pretence of security.

Alot of things can go wrong with a manifold. Cracks, warped, junk injectors, coolant rot around the thermostat, etc.

Hell, I'll buy it today cod, but otherwise you're gonna have to provide some sort
of comfort for whoever buys it to know that they're goin to recieve what is advertised.

I could really use this thing too. I have a pr of vortec heads sitting on the floor, and I have the TPI motor out of my truck right now. Just put a lt1 cam in it, new timing chain, new valve seals, and ready to put the intake back on.

Understandable, but we can only see a tiny one inch square pic. I'm not tryin to hurt your sale, I'm trying to help sell it. Preferably to me.... lol, but 1BADZ does have dibs as far as I know.

You are correct, I am a junior member here but you can search my user name and come up with probably a dozen different forums where I have bought things, and probably sold some too and you won't find any bad transactions as far as I know.
I have 100% positive feedback on ebay. (973 transactions) tntbaker04 is my ebay id. 1stwarrior95 and 454_72_4x4 are my usernames on some other boards if you want to search for feedback on me.

You have the intake sold, (at least twice), all ya gotta do is provide a little proof it is what you say it is.

What's your ebay id? Can you email pics? Hell email the pics to me and I'll post 'em here, (and grumble while 1BADZ buys the intake... LOL)

ttbaker2 at outlook.com

If I was within a reasonable driving distance, you would have cash in your hand. LOL

No, that's what we've been saying. The pic won't open up. It opens in a new page for me, but it's still just a little 1 inch square. I don't know why, but that's what it does, (for me anyway).

I've even tried saving the pic and making it bigger, but it gets all blurry then.

That does work. I can see it full screen there. Now paypal is the only excuse... LOL

Nobody has asked for a price reduction, let alone free. Just a bigger pic and a secure way to pay you for it. You've had multiple potential buyers for your asking price, even one offer of more money, but still no sale.

Paypal takes what, 10 minutes to set up? (I can't remember and I'm sure it's more involved now than it was back when I set mine up, but it's still not that hard I'm sure). If you plan to sell much of anything online it's a tool you are going to need. There's just to much risk with money orders. All you can do with a money order is track it to see if it has been cashed. After that you're screwed, (as a buyer).

No you can't stop payment on a money order. You can only track it to see if it has been cashed. And even then you have to wait 30 or 60 days to get a refund. Minus a 5 or 10 dollar fee if I remember right. Been there done that.

And if I could stop payment on a money order why would you want to trust me not to stop payment after I receive the intake?

Set yourself up a paypal account man, and save everybody a lot of hassle.

I seen the pic on your other post. It does get bigger than my screen. I think it is what you say it is. A little rough, but looks very usable and functionable, and for the price I myself wouldn't complain about it being a little dirty.

Is it a stock GM throttle body on it?

Edit, the intake itself looks pretty clean, just the throttle body looks a little rough.

LOL, No. If I was to buy the intake, I wouldn't care if the throttle body was even included. Just askin is all.
Hell, I'm so far down the buyers list, I doubt it would ever get to me anyway.

Seeing if I got your pic to work;

Re: Vortec Holley Stealthram

Here is the image. (Edit: tree.d) I'd be willing to send a postal money order (if everyone else is out). It is just as easy for him to be ripped off through Paypal as the other way around. FWIW, I have the understanding that cashing a postal money order without sending the item can be a federal crime. He should be able to take a postal money order to the post office and have cash in hand, and turn around and ship the intake at that time. My sticky points are getting enough personal info (name/phone/address etc), making sure it's in a sturdy box with 2” of foam around it and that it's insured. His history looks clean as far as his screen name goes, and he's been here since 2003.

True on the money order and paypal Scorpner. But just because it could be a federal crime doesn't mean you can recover your money or get the item you paid for. (Not that paypal will do anything for you either though... ) It's just the thought I guess. LOL (That's why I said "pretense of security" in one of my earlier posts) LOL

I spose I'd be willing to send a gamble, (money order) also, but 1BADZ has dibs, (in this thread at least), so I feel like I should wait on his decision first.

Tree.d means the image was already posted. You can quote my post to see how I did it. I basically put the url in-between the image brackets.
I'm sure there are a bunch of people in line, either posting here or through PM's so I'm not sure who's before who. lol
FWIW, I was going to post that I was interested a while back and figured it was already spoken for. I'm regretting not doing that now.

So, you still have this thing for sale? I don't have a problem sending you a bank check or money order. I'm in New York (other end) also. Let me know.

Re: Vortec Holley Stealthram

I offered to pay for it c.o.d. Never heard back with a yes or no answer. I figured that would be a safe way for both parties. Plus offered to pay any fees associated.
