Well I have the 406.I just need a way to get it to fit under my stock hood .

 

it may or may not fit under a stock hood . i still have my stock iroc hood i could toss back on my car and let u know if it fits if that would help

i can tell u now it didnt fit under my 4 inch amd steel cowl hood cause the way the designed the underside of it , the aircleaner section built into the amd hood hit the very front of the tb

 

i just bought the wife a ford explorer for her to drive since everything else we own is a stick and she hates it ( besides the camaro which she wont drive anyways cause shes afriad of it ) hopefully that will keep the bitching to a minimum when the next go around of parts gets ordered

 

What is included? Fuel rails? AFPR?

 

intake and gaskets only , u can buy the fuel rails online for 55$ and use the regulator of your choice

or u can buy the holley kit for however much that costs .

buying the 55$ rail kit and or own regulator saves u a bunch of money

will take trades, looking for th350 parts , 3/4 speed shifters , nitrous bottles, suspension components etc

 

what kinda th350 parts are u looking for?

 

converter , b&m th350 swap kit or one of the various th350 swap x members , trans-brake/full manual valve body

How are the ports on this? Do they need some work like the others?

 

depending on what heads ur using yeah u will have to do some work on the ports, honestly i think its no worse then the holley version, except this has room to be ported further

i sent my holley back to summit after getting my hands on the first procomp unit

 

What intake base does this work with?

 

its a complete intake base and upper plenum

it is damn close to the stock hood , and by close i mean like 1/8th inch clearance

i can get u pics of the actual unit in the morning/early afternoon i have to run over to the shop first thing in the am to grab some stuff for shipping quotes for a bunch of stuff

hi is this still available? does it take any modifications to bolt on to vortec or regular heads?

 

still available , in order to use on vortec heads u have to drill 8 holes in the manifold base

the manifold has the bosses for the vortec pattern already there u just have to drill them. 10 min job with a drill press , lil longer if u have to do it with a regular drill

will bolt directly onto a std pattern head or std pattern raised runner head
