I believe the stamping was 45010, the 90/10 versions. I will be able to confirm this (you can see the partial number in one of the pics) when I pull the wheel off to get some better pics and measurements of the brakes. I'm guessing 20-30 dollars for shipping, but until I have them off to weigh and measure it's just a guess.

Looks like it, I would imagine it was for his PCV system to dump into but I couldn't tell you for sure. I bought the car with these parts, all I know is the guy bought it in '02, it was strictly a drag car, he never even transferred the title or licensed the car. He recently upgraded cars and I bought this from him.
