they are the tubes that the smog pump pumps air into the headers with, an emissions item.

as far as I know, yes. either the ypipe from dyno don (http://www.top-downsolutions.com/powertrain-performance) or a custom piece.

If its a third generation Camaro then they should fit. They are built for the thirdgens.
But as with any aftermarket part, it is always possible to run into issues.
Then again, how do you know any aftermarket header is going to fit without issues... You don't. Just have to assume the manufacturer did a good job.
