Re-conditioned AFR 185's with Titanium valves, Comp dual valve and titanium retainers
The have been sitting on the motor since i had the work done by a local shop, lapped, seats, etc... I will not be using now to put in the car since I'm converting to an LS motor.
These are the older version of the AFR 185's and are not drilled for centerbolt valve covers. You can have it done if you want when you purchase them.
Complete with the titanium valves, titanium retainers and Comp 26925-16 springs that support 0.625 of lift of the 292XFI 07-468-8 ($185 new).
The motor with the heads were built for hi RPM, I'm asking 2000 obo for the heads.
For the $2000 you also get the SBC ARP head studs and nut, 12 pt, w/ undercut studs. The kit part number is 234-4707 @ $230
These parts have only been installed, rockers never tightened on a never fired 383 sbc.
I figured I'd part it out since there seems to be a lack of interest for the whole motor at $6500...
