World Class T5 setup

I have a world class T5 setup. 2.95 first gear, .63 fifth. No pedals included, but I have a bunch of NEW stuff to get you going!

Bell housing (used original OEM)
New Pro 5.0 shifter
New master cylinder
New slave cylinder
New clutch fork
New throw out bearing
New pilot bearing
New reservoir bracket

You'll just need pedals, flywheel + clutch, and a reservoir.

I'm swapping to a TKX so this is for sale. I'd like to sell it all as a package deal. $1,000 or best offer.

I'll be at the New England Dragway swap meet this Sunday 8/25 if you are local.

Still have it? Or'd you sell it at Epping?

Still have it. A few guys looked at it but asked if it would work in their S10.

I did sell some stuff though, so the day wasn't wasted.

Cool that you were able to move some stuff. I might be interested in the trans, for the Kart....100 lbs savings over the ZF6 assy. I'd have to get a friend to go pick it up from you.

Stewing.....

You gonna use a l98 vette bell housing or the fbody one?

I put a T5 in my '87 vette years ago. I worked with Tommy to build the Cbeam adapter at the time. Fun stuff.

I’d use all F-bod everything. Except for the master cyl and pedals. I’d have to copy what you did making a c-beam device.

Car is getting a 400 next, so a T5 makes the flywheel easier, too.

I don't think you can fit a 168 tooth flywheel in a F-Body t5 bell housing. You'd have to check but I think 153 tooth only.

I agree. I'd use F-body everything...FW included.
I already have a T5 w/shifter and BH, but it's not a WC and it's not the .63 OD...so I have it...but don't "down" on it.

Tom, don't go with stock 85 flywheel + 400 balance plate in case you had considered. Starter pinion / ring gear get chewed.
Joe, best LC9 / swap build thread for yours?

Your above posts indicate you planned a 400 and F-body T5 setup. Get the flywheel already balanced for a 400. Not a stock 305 replacement with balance plate.

Re: World Class T5 setup

Copy. I've done it both ways...both worked fine, but getting it balanced to "400 Spec" is cheap/easy.
