WTB: Cast Iron L98 Heads
Re-read through the Auto-x rules for my class and spoke with a couple of guys at frrax.com (F-body road race and auto-x forums). Turns out the engine, from oil pan to cam to heads, has to be a COMPLETE engine that came factory in a thirdgen. Sooo, aluminum L98 heads, even though it's still considered an "L98", won't fly...which blows, because I wanted to just pull my engine out and drop this in. I'll probably stash the heads for next season or the one after when I move up a class and can start doing some REAL mods.

I've got a pair of "083" casting heads, that I snagged from
another board member a while back, for $150 shipped.
I haven't serviced, or mounted them. They look to be ok,
and I was assured there's no structural problems, but I
haven't yet gotten to the machine shop. I'm not sure
they'll be what I want. If you're interested, PM me.
I'll do more info, pics, etc, and negotiate the price.
