Why would you need to know what cylinder they're from?

Pretty sure I had a set kicking around from a 305 I took apart a long time ago. I'll have to see if I can find them and make sure they're flat tops. They won't be marked, though.

ok thanks i appreciate you checking, if they are flats then lemme know how much to 62656 and if a m/o is ok

getting flat tops is most likely the better route than milling the heck out of the heads(and probably intake too) to achieve the same result, although more costly than the former i bet, depending on how much youre gonna want, lol

thanks

If I've still got them, you can have them for the cost of shipping. I don't plan on building any 305s.

i would need pistons on them intact- not removed,

my rods are fine,

i dont want to have to go pay to have them assembled and weight checked and all that, or i would just go buy new pustons for my original rods

see what i mean ?

thanks

Why would you re-use any pistons let alone cast ones?? Junk in = junk out.

Cast Pistons are good for stock apps. You reuse pistons because why spend 100 bucks if you dont have to? Clean them up and slap them back in!

lmao at the noob up there haha

nothing is wrong with good pistons if they are in good shape

no need to buy new ones unless they are damaged or you are after larger ones or different than original ones

stock rebuilds always reuse pistons

in most all cases

ppl worry about stuff too much

paranoid ppl lol

Noob? me? lol you must be kidding!
I just dont build or drive junk, I guess I forgot where I was for second.
It is a cardinal sin to actually put money into a third gen, isnt it?
Carry on with your project.
