as the title states posi unit MUST be in perfect working condition !!!!!!!!!! NO other gear ratio's considered

I need the

Carrier COMPLETE with matched gear set.

 

I have a complete 10 bolt rearend out of a 99 t/a. It has less than 10,000 miles. 3.23 gears with the posi. $250. Only problem is that you live in CA and I'm in IL.

 

26 or 28 spline?

 

I doubt a 1999 differential will work in my rearend just a bad feeling there.

Anyways as for spline count I don't know. Whatever 1984 had originally in the 10 bolt f-body rear is what I need.

Also my preference is a 3.08 setup as my first choice then a 2.73 and 3.23
I currently have 3.73's so I could probably mount new 3.23's to my carrier so not to desperate finding 3.23's and a carrier.

I am really going for fuel economy so the higher the gear the better anyways.

 

The diff will work in your housing. They are the same size.

I've got a low mileage set of GM 3.42 and an auburn locker posi. But I think its for 28 spline. But I also have a set 28 spline strange axles.
Where are you located.

I have a 1992 Z28 has the factory 10 Bolt posi rear end with i believe 3:23 gears. The rear works great, car its self only has 70,000 miles on it. Let me know if your interested. Thanks Bert
