TPI Setup
TPI Setup
I am looking for a TPI setup for my 92 350. I need everything from the intake to the throttle body and the wiring and ecm. Would prefer a whole setup but will consider buying pieces if the price is right.
also is there a difference between the setup on a 305 and a 350?

Re: TPI Setup
I might be able to get you an intake base for 87 and up. Would need to get runners and plennum with the hardware and gaskets. Let me know what you are willing to spend, I will see what the yard wants for it and see what kind of deal we can work out.

Re: TPI Setup
I'm in Phoenix. Also I have a TPI harness for Mass Air Flow system with computer. Got the computer for $50 a while ago, just put TPI in my car and bought a new ECM for it. The extra ECM can be tested when I'm sure my car is running the way it should. I also have a Hypertech PROM from an 87 TA with 350 TPI. The harness has link lead to dual fans. The harness also needs a few repairs. If you are interested, I can make the repairs for you and take all the guess work out of it. Willing to help out with cost, but can't give it for free. I will accept reasonable offers (name your price and most likely I will consider it - but from you only unless otherwise noted later). I'm looking to lessen the clutter in my garage soon, so if anyone is in Phoenix or surrounding cities, I have extra parts to get rid of. Let me know what you need.

Re: TPI Setup
I have a complete TBI to TPI swap. I bought it on this forum a while back for my 92 RS but I just don't have the time to make the swap. This is the speed density setup with 730ECM from a 91 350 Z28. I have all the induction piping including K&N filters, fuel rail, injectors, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, TB airfoil and TPIS plate. I also bought the aluminum distributor cover so it could be polished to match the intake. I also have the wiring harness and I should still have the diagrams as well. Everything has been media blasted, I just never got around to powdercoating or painting anything. I had started to polish out the upper plenum but never finsihed. The EGR block off plates and thermo housing were powder coated. I have all the bolts to assemble the TPI as well.
