I know this is a long shot but I need a good set of nine bolt gears.... something better than what I have now 3.70-4.10 something like that would be great

nine bolt.com is real proud of their parts $500 for used gears I am not going to pay that !!!!

 

if you search in ebay there is a guy that goes by justdifferentials that has 370 gears. Did you talk to the guy at 9 bolt or just use the web site. Email him and wait for a reply. It is worth it. I have a new carrier, install kit, and 345 gears coming for less then web site said it would be!!!! He does take a while to get back to you though.

Hey I have a set of 3.73's that I am really wanting to sell. $75 plus shipping. due to weight I think it will probably be even more but I don't know for sure. Also I remember 2-3 gears had a little nick in them a careful file will get rid of em. I also have a install kit that I will include.

There is a guy in Australia that sells the 4.10 for the 9 bolt out of the Pintera. They are extremely rare. He is on ebay and his id is Vicmelboz. I bought a set from him. If I remember correctly, they were about $145 USD plus $80 shipping. He currently doesn't show any for sale but if you contact him, I bet he can find them for you.

you gotta ask yourself before purchasing how small is the pinion on a 4:10 r+p set?????

 

On my 4:10s with 505HP, I tore 8 teeth off the 7.75" Ring gear before the pinion teeth broke. Lasted me a season at the drags. If you don't abuse them, they'll last. But then agian, who buys 4:10s and doesn't abuse them?
