A/C High Pressure Line

I need the high pressure line for a 1988 Pontiac Firebird A/C system. The hard line that connects the condenser with the evaporator and has two fittings on it. No rust or corrosion please, pictures definitely! Thanks!

Re: A/C High Pressure Line

Thats the line that connects to the back of the compressor to the condensor. I need the other condenser line, the metal line that bolts to the frame rail and connects the evaporator on the firewall to the condenser in the front, and it has two fittings on it, one towards the evaporator, and one in the middle. If you have one of those, i'd be interested! Thanks for the reply!

Re: A/C High Pressure Line

Those are called Liquid Lines and we do carry them! However, they used different electrical fittings and nut sizes on the same year and model of our cars. They run $20.00 plus shipping and handling and we need pictures of your old one to get a perfect match. If you have any questions or other needs we can be reached at (805) 522-2539.

Thank you,

Re: A/C High Pressure Line

I can do that as long as you can show me a picture of the item before you send it. I tried getting the exact description from GM but they are useless, they just call it "A/C LINE". I will try and get you a picture later on today. Thanks for responding!

Re: A/C High Pressure Line

Deat Jon,
I am not sure what the Red Plug or Cap is on yours as that all of the ones I have are an Electrical Connector in that place. That is the difference between the different types is the location of the mounting tabs on the Electrical Connector. If yours does not have a Electrical Connector and the Red thing is just a Cap this should work. Here is pictures of the closest one I have. If you have any questions or other needs we can be reached at (805) 522-2539.

Thank you,

Re: A/C High Pressure Line

That appears to be the correct line. If you can send me some pay pal info ,that would be great. That red thing is a cap from the R134 conversion kit. The other conversion cap is on the accumulator. Do you refill the system at the accumulator or that liquid line? Thanks for the help!
