Preferably, I'd like a set of SBC hydraulic roller lifters with zero or low miles on them.

Actually I have a set set of roller lifters for a 93 z28. I bought them and put 2000 miles on them before getting a new engine entirely. I'de take $100 for them. I can send pics to your email if you want some. I paid $220 for the whole set.

It'll be a while before I can afford them....everything else for my engine swap is eating away my money....that's how it goes.

 

I have some GM reman, with spider and hold downs, I put only 50 miles on them. $65 shipped

 

I'm thinking about going with solid rollers.
