I'm in San Luis Obispo CA. Honestly don't remember if they are bolt in or weld in. I will take a look tomorrow and let you know. I got them from Top Down Solutions but they are made by Alston if that helps.

I would want $100 for them. I don't remember what brand they are, I'd have to dig through my receipts. They are not show quality, the paint is gone and they are rusty. If that's OK with you, I can look into shipping.
